Danielle Pantalita – Primal Physiotherapy
Introducing Dani:
Hello there! My name is Dani and I am a member of the Admin Team – And can I say, what a privilege it is to work with such a wonderful team! Beginning to work with Primal in 2022 at 16 was my first and biggest job opportunity and I have no regrets in saying yes! Being one of many Braybrook College alumni working at Primal, it is very inspiring to be working with ordinary people that are leaders in healthcare, establishing happy relationships for greater health!
I truly admit that the first few months of Primal were the funniest months of my life! At first I quickly became flustered at my work, scared to pick up the phone and talk to clients, but now seeing and serving the community is what I love doing most. Working with Primal gives me an irreplaceable joy that comes from our clients. One of the most powerful elements in healthcare I’ve learned is the power of conversation. Our beautiful front house team loves the amusing small talk about the weather, work,or weekend plans, but most importantly building a safe and comfortable space for vulnerable people. Truly it makes all the difference. Seeing a client reserved at their first appointment, but beaming with a smile at their next visit is a precious experience.
One quick fun fact about me is that I am a Sunday School Teacher at the Potter’s House Burnside Church. As my life heavily revolves around my love for God – again being exposed to the community, and helping them to be satisfied with their lives is unbeatable. While being a teacher, I also take my weekends to spread the gospel through local missionary work all across Victorian suburbs. Excitingly, this year my fellowship is taking new heights with missions to Adelaide and Bali – You will most definitely hear a funny story of my experiences!
Currently I am studying a double degree of Law and PPE looking to help maximise justice for this world! As the law results in many being very timid for a great outcome – Receiving the care you need is something very important to me, where collectively the little things make a greater whole. Many times we see healthcare professionals be so thoughtless in their approach to rehabilitation – but Primal has taught me that a cheery ‘good morning!’ will make a client’s day. A positive approach to rehab is the secret to the best results, and that is something that I have taken with me and applied to all aspects of my life. One thing I love to do in my spare time is to deadlift at the gym. Each time I show up to willingly carry heavy weights and this disciple has helped me to build the habit of consistency. At first I started with lifting a mere 20Kg bar, but in June of 2023 I hit a personal record of 100Kgs which was almost double my body weight!
Like my consistency at the gym, Primal will show up professionally at their best at each and every clientele visit. All our team members have the heart to carry the weight of our clients, with a determination to get everyone to their 100%.
