Our mission at Primal is to ensure that every clinician’s potential is achieved. We are invested in developing you into a successful clinician who will not become a victim of poor practice and lacklustre mentoring. We have invested in a state-of-the-art training facility to deliver the best education seminars and workshops to all allied health professionals. Our founder and clinical educator, Lisa Tran, has invested her time to see it that you don’t end up as just a droplet in the ocean.
Having successfully owned and currently operating a chain of allied health practices, she will give you the knowledge and experience to succeed as a clinician.
In this mission to modernise education and healthcare, she will be bringing with her a team of highly driven and successful health providers with a vast amount of experience in the industry to deliver education to you.

Lisa Tran
Owner of Primal Physiotherapy, Clinical Educator & Principal Physiotherapist
About Lisa
Lisa graduated from Latrobe University with a Master in Physiotherapy Practice and advocates versatility & effectiveness in clinical assessment and treatment. Lisa is a highly skilled and passionate physiotherapist who has particular clinical interest in sporting injuries, neurological conditions and paediatrics. Her versatility and thirst for knowledge really does speak for itself.
Lisa joined a physiotherapy company early in her career where she became passionate about providing education to staff members to help them become better clinicians. She developed an online platform where staff were able to access weekly professional development (it used to be quarterly!) and was promoted into the role of Clinical Educator, in only her second year out of university. Her passion remains in providing quality care to every person that walks through the door. This vision carried into the opening of Primal Physiotherapy in 2018.
Lisa now directs, owns and operates Primal Physiotherapy in Melbourne, Australia and is looking to continue to spread the vision of quality healthcare to our community. The focus lies in creating passionate and effective clinicians to deliver this vision.
Andrew Lock

About Andrew
Andrew is a strength & rehab professional to many of the world’s best and strongest athletes and their coaches. With decades of experience, study and research under his belt, there is no one better to learn off than Andrew Lock. Andrew has been a strong advocate for quality education for our healthcare industry and his involvement with The Grad Project will ensure that the students of our industry get what they deserve.
Andrew leads the team at United Health Education where, together with Dr. Dani Antonellos, the main goal is to educate clinicians on the effects of the hip on lower backs.
Andrew has vast experience and his clients includes those from the Austalian Cricket team, MLB, BJJ, MMA and athletes of all strength sports.

Ben Lustig
Owner of Crossfit Moreland, Physiotherapist & Researcher
About Ben
Ben is a highly experienced and educated coach, having been one of the first ever Crossfit coaches in Australia. Ben is also a physiotherapist and also owns Crossfit Moreland – a premier training facility located in Melbourne, Australia. With a strong background in strength and qualifications in physiotherapy, Ben really is a force to be reckoned with. He has vast experience in treating athletes from all walks of life, but in particular, has interest in Olympic Weightlifters and Crossfitters.
Ben also has a strong interest in lower back pain will be heading into the research of lower back pain with the academic team at Latrobe University. He will look to bring this knowledge to you to help you become an effective clinician.
